• Family members may open separate accounts from the same device or network, but must notify our support team beforehand.

Identity Verification (KYC)

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• Daily withdrawal limits are tier-based — ৳50,000 for Bronze, and unlimited for Diamond.

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled unless 6zz itself cancels or suspends the event.
• If an event is cancelled or left incomplete, the relevant bets will be voided and stakes will be returned.
• Bets placed before any odds change will be settled at the original odds, unless a clear technical error occurred.
• 6zz reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.
• Any attempt to exploit internet latency during live betting may result in account suspension.
• In accumulator or parlay bets, if one event is cancelled, that leg will be removed and the remaining bet settled at the applicable odds.

Match Fixing & Fraud

6zz is firmly committed to the integrity of sport. Any account found to be involved in match fixing, use of insider information, or any form of fraud will be permanently closed and reported to the relevant authorities.
